As part of our ongoing activity to improve our customers experiences we carried out a Customer Satisfaction Survey to a cross section of our customers at the end of 2012. With questions based around service, product quality, delivery times and overall customer satisfaction we received some fantastic feedback from those customers that we spoke to and felt worthwhile sharing:
