In conjunction with our couriers DPD we can now provide customers with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or e-mail, so that you don't have to wait in all day.
Also available is their Follow My Parcel service which enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery all the way down to a final 15 minute timeslot.
To take advantage of these industry leading services all you need to do is forward an e-mail to email@example.com and insert "e-mail notification" in the subject field along with your mobile number.
You will then receive an e-mail or text everytime we despatch an order to your company enabling you to log onto the DPD website and track your parcel. From here you can also take advantage of a suite of different re-scheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you to take delivery of the goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule you can:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
- Collect the parcel from your local DPD depot
- Upgrade delivery to before 10, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday
